Process Engineer for Ring Gear 工艺工程师
Vacancy: 2
Requirements:
1. Mechanical or production engineering degree / 机械制造或工艺生产学位；
2. Professional experience (min.3 years) with manufacturing, ideally with gear manufacturing / 3年以上生产制造相关经历，具有齿轮箱生产经验者优先；
3. Read and understand technical drawings/ 具备识图能力；
4. Skilled with Microsoft based software and Auto CAD/ 熟练操作微软办公软件及CAD 制图软件；
5. Ability to work independently and in team / 有良好的在团队里独立工作的能力；
6. Fluency in English and /or German language / 英语或德语应用熟练；
7. Readiness for eventually training abroad (couple of months ) Very good skills in English(written and spoken)/良好的英语听说能力，能够接受数月的海外培训。
Job Descriptions:
1. Implement tooling improvements /提高及改善加工工艺；
2. Review manufacturing methodology and improve manufacturing processes /审查生产工艺并改进工艺过程；
3. Maintain production throughput for manufactured components to assembly of the finished products /维护机加工到成品装配的整个生产流程；
4. Participate with the team and Kaizen teams in cost reduction projects, implementation of solutions, optimization of shop floor procedures, quick changeovers, etc. /与团队合作关于降低成本的计划，执行解决方案，优化车间程序等；
5. Know-how transfer between leadplant in Germany and production plant in Beijing/负责德国本部与北京工厂间的核心技术转让；
6. Develop, improve and troubleshoot gear manufacturing processes. /改进、提高齿轮箱生产工艺并解决相关问题；
7. Design tooling and fixtures for machining processes using CADs /使用CAD进行工装设计用于机加工工艺。
