Maintenance Planner 设备维修计划 (Beijing)
Requirements:
1. Engineer with minimum 5 years professional experience in maintenance planning or maintenance engineering 在技术维护计划和保养工程方面拥有至少5年专业经验
2. Fluent in English (oral and written) 英语流利（口语和书写）
3. Good communication skills, assertive and self motivating优秀的沟通能力，坚定且主动
4. Ability to work in interdisciplinary team and in virtual teams across in different countries 有能力在复合型团队和横跨不同国家的虚拟团队中工作
5. Preferably professional experience in maintenance planning for machines which are used for generator gearboxes and/or gearing technology 具有齿轮箱发动机和/或传动装置技术生产机器的技术维护计划相关的专业经验更佳
6. Preferably experience in lean production (Total production maintenance, Bosch Production System, Toyota Production System or equivalent) 最好有精益生产相关经验（总生产维护，博世生产系统，丰田生产系统或类似精益生产方法）
7. Basic knowledge of financial controlling and accounting methods具有财务控制和会计的基础知识
8. Computer skills (SAP R3, MS office etc.) 掌握计算机技能 （SAP R/3, MS Office, 等等）
9. Knowledge of NC-programming 具有数控编程知识
Job Descriptions:
1. Planning of maintenance related tasks of all machines which are used for production of gearboxes for wind turbines 做与所有机器维护相关任务的计划并将其用于齿轮箱风轮机的生产
2. Planning of capacity and capacity improvement potential for maintenance or required equipment, together with production engineers, workshop supervisors and the planning Dept. in lead plant与生产工程师，车间主管和主厂计划部门一起为维护所需要的设备做有关产量和产量提高的计划
3. Analysis root cause of down times of machines to improve the efficiency分析停机的根本原因以改善效率
