Customer Quality Engineer客户质量工程师
Location: Beijing (Factory)
Vacancy: 1
Job Description:
1. Customer interface regarding quality claims / 处理客户方面的质量投诉；
2. Support analysis of failure parts / 协助不合格零件的问题分析；
3. Define containment and corrective actions / 详细说明以后的预防和纠正的措施；
4. Prepare 8D reports for customer / 完成面向客户方面的8D报告；
5. Support customer audit / 协助客户审核；
6. actively approach customer and evaluate customer satisfaction / 主动与客户接触并令客户满意；
7. coordination of customer requirements within Bosch Rexroth / 在公司内部协调客户要求。
Job Requirement:
1. University degree in mechanical engineering / 本科学历，机械工程类专业；
2. Minimum 5 years work experience in quality management / 至少5年质量管理方面的经验；
3. High level of spoken and written English / 高水平的英语读，写能力；
4. Desirable basic German language / 有德语基础能力的择优选择；
5. Initiative and self dependent / 工作主动性强，独立性强；
6. Strength in decision making and communication / 强有力的决定能力和沟通能力；
7. Ability to work fully proficient and independently / 精通并独立进行工作的能力；
8. Ability to teach and train other staff in problem solving and customer communication / 具有指导其他同事解决问题和客户沟通的能力。
