Production Engineer 生产工程师
Location: Beijing

Job Requirements:
1. Engineer with minimum 5 years professional experience in production, production planning, or production engineering. 至少5年以上机械加工领域生产计划与生产管理经验
2. Fluent in English (oral and written) 流利英文(口语与书写)
3. Good communication skills, assertive, and self motivating 良好的沟通技巧, 自信, 自我激励
4. Ability to work in interdisciplinary team 良好的跨团队工作能力
5. Ability to work in virtual teams across different countries 良好的跨国工作能力
6. Preferably professional experience in generator gearbox and/or gearing technology 具备齿轮箱及齿轮技术经验
7. Preferably experience in lean production (Bosch Production System, Toyota Production System or equivalent) 具备精益生产经验(博世生产系统或丰田生产系统知识)
8. Computer skills (SAP R/3, MS Office etc.) 良好的计算机能力( SAP R3, MS Office等)
9. Prepared to go overseas for training and business trips 能够接受海外培训与海外出差
Job Description:
1. Planning of capacity and capacity improvements for assembly, testing, and painting of gearboxes for wind turbines and the budgets and investments required to achieve the required production volumes 风力发电齿轮箱装配,试验,喷漆的产能计划与产能提高, 使产量能够符合预算与投资
2. Planning and implementation of new assembly lines; optimization of production processes and workplaces with respect to quality, productivity, cycle times, and lean production 规划并执行安装新的装配线, 优化生产工艺与工作环境, 符合质量, 生产力, 生产周期与精益生产的要求
3. Systematic analysis of failures and implementation of preventive measures 废品的系统分析与防护措施的执行
4. Co-operation and training of staff to implement improvements in production together with shopfloor supervisor与生产主管协作培训员工与持续改善
5. Co-operation with lead plant in Germany on process improvements and planning for new equipment与德国主厂协作进行工艺改善与新设备计划的实施
6. Weekly production planning according to customer demand (in collaboration with logistics); monitoring progress and taking measures to assure deliveries when necessary 与物流协作根据客户定单制定执行每周生产计划, 控制生产进度并采取必要措施保证及时发货
7. Participation in product initiation teams and simultaneous engineering for new products 参与首件生产与新产品工艺工程
8. Collaboration with logistics to optimize logistics flows and use equipment for maximum production flexibility与物流合作优化物流流程, 使设备达到最大产能
