Requirements：
1. Bachelor or higher degree on Mechanics. / 机械专业学士以上学位。
2. Fluent in English or Germany. / 英语或德语流利。
3. Five or more years experience on gearbox design. / 5年以上齿轮箱设计经验。
4. Be creative and interest in technical works. / 具创造性并喜爱技术工作。
5. Team work spirit. / 具团队合作精神。
Job Descriptions:
1. Negotiate with customer, clarify the technical requirement and conclude the technical agreement. / 与客户沟通，明确技术要求，达成技术协议。
2. Design of new function and new size of the gearbox, including lifetime and reliability calculation, etc. / 齿轮箱新规格及新功能设计，包括寿命及可靠性等计算。
3. Modification design basing on existing gearbox according to the customer requirements. / 基于现有产品根据客户需求进行改进设计。
4. Technical communication with Lead Plants. / 与主厂进行技术交流。
5. Analyze and solve problems in testing, assembling, machining, etc. / 分析和解决在试验、装配及加工等过程中发生的问题。
6. Technical documents translation. / 翻译技术文件。
