1, Master degree on Mechanics./机械专业硕士学位
2, fluent in English or German./英语或德语流利
3, with three or more years experience on mechanical design will be better./如有3年以上机械设计经验更佳

Job Descriptions:
1. Negotiate with customer, clarify the technical requirement and conclude the technical agreement./与客户沟通，明确技术要求，达成技术协议。
2. Design of new function and new size of the gearbox, including lifetime and reliability calculation, etc./减速机新功能及新规格设计，包括寿命及可靠性等计算。
3. Modification design basing on existing gearbox according to the customer requirements./基于现有产品根据客户需求进行改进设计。
4. Technical communication with Lead Plants./与主厂进行技术交流。
5. Analyze and solve problems in testing, assembling, machining, etc./分析和解决在试验、装配及加工等过程中发生的问题。
6. Technical support to the gearbox localization./减速机国产化的技术支持。
