Requirements：
1. Degree of a “211 Project“University of China (Master or Bachelor) Subject: Mechanical Engineering/ Process Engineering (Exceptions: Colleges degree in mechanical science with more then strong 5 years of experiment in this domain.) /“211工程”学校本科或硕士学历，机械工程或工艺学专业（或大专学历并具有5年该领域扎实的工作经验）
2. 2 years experience as Engineer /2年工程师工作经验
3. Excellent English (written and oral) / 熟练的英语书写及口语能力
4. Willingness to travel!! / 能够适应长时间出差
5. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, Self reliant, Self dependent) / 良好的软性技巧(可信赖、团队合作、亲和力、组织能力、独立工作)
6. Knowledge of Q-Methods, PPAP, 8D and ISO 9001 / 熟悉质量管理方法，PPAP，8D，和ISO9001
7. Knowledge of Measurement tools and equipment / 熟练使用测量工具及设备
8. Knowledge of reading Drawings (form and position) / 能够读懂图纸
9. Process Auditor – related to supplier development /与供应商发展相关的过程审核
10. MS-Office, Excel, SAP knowledge / 具备MS-Office, Excel, SAP知识
Job Descriptions:
Accomplish all tasks of PUR (which is described in the official responsibility matrix of BR) like organization of initial sampling and monitoring SQP, handling of supplier problems, follow up the necessary corrective action after complaints and supplier audits on site, general supplier development, willingness to travel etc.
完成PUQ所有的职责（这些职责在BR正式责任列表中都有描述），包括组织样品运行，监控追踪SQP，处理供应商的问题，出现投诉后跟踪整改措施，供应商现场审核，供应商现场培训，发展供应商，自愿出差等等。
