Requirements:
1. University grade with mayor in IE and technical subjects and at least 3 years working experience in a leading function.
拥有工程学和技术类学科大学本科学位，以及3年的领导职位工作经验。
2. Analytic-, target- and cost-oriented thinking is mandatory, as well as good knowledge of BPS methods (CIP, SW, LLD, FOL, VSM/VSD).
同时必须具备分析能力，目标定向和成本定向理念，最好掌握BPS方法（CIP，SW，LLD，FOL，VSM/VSD）。
3. Professional knowledge in data processing, SAP and MS office (outlook, power point, EXCEL, Word) is very important, ACCESS knowledge would be good.
拥有专业的文档处理能力，特别是对SAP和MS office（outlook，power point，EXCEL，Word）办公软件的掌握，最好也同时了解ACCESS数据库处理。
4.Already successful com-pleted IE trainings (MTM1/2, UAS, MEK) are a advantage.
已成功完成工业工程培训（MTM1/2，UAS，MEK）者优先。
5.Beside good communication skills, experience with project-oriented work and project documentation, good initiative work attitudes and the ability to work independent and in teams is required. Intercultural work experience would be good.
此外，应具备良好的沟通能力，以及与项目相关的实践经验并参与过项目档案归档工作，同时要求拥有创新精神，独立工作和团队合作能力。

Job Descriptions:
1. TEF6 is responsible for the complete area of Industrial Engineering (IE) in PkP, it includes time data manage-ment, work organization and work place design as well as productivity and incentive reporting. TEF6 is a direct service provider for the manufacturing departments and is in direct contact with HSE, HR, CTG and LOG, due to cross functional issues.
TEF6的职责涵盖了北京工厂完整的工业工程领域，其中包括工期数据管理，工作组织，工位设计以及产能和动机报告。TEF6直接服务于机加部门，并且直接与HSE，HR，CTG和LOG部门联系沟通，拥有跨部门发布任务的职能。

2. TEF6 has to define labour and machine times, has to check ergonomic working conditions (Ergo-Check) and has to give professional support due to BPS activities. Monthly productivity-, OEE- and incentive reports as well as work efficiency and headcount demand calculation for blue collars has to be provided. Beside IE-tasks the PkP apprenticeship program belongs to TEF6 with 10-15 apprentices/year. TEF6 has to ensure a high level of theoretical and practical training for technical blue collar functions.
TEF6必须对工作和运转时间进行详细说明，同时审查工效条件（Ergo-Check）并且为BPS的工作，月度生产力，OEE报告和动机报告提供专业的建议，也要提供技术工人的工作效率和人数需求统计。除了工程技术方面的工作外，10至15年实习年限的北京工厂实习项目也属于TEF6的职能范围。TEF6必须为技术工人职位完成一个高标准的理论和实践培训。
