Requirements:
1、Excellent knowledge of turning technology, machines and equipments.
2、Good knowledge of all machine operations.
3、Practical experience in turning operations.
4、Basic knowledge of related fixtures and tools.
5、Computer skills: Ms-Office, Auto-CAD.
6、Open minded for western culture.
7、Basic English knowledge.
Job Description:
1、Determination of technical specifications for all new investments primarily for lathes based on choice of defined parts.
2、Technical support of purchase. To select suitable suppliers include technical comparisons and benefit analysis for all technical and machine issues.
3、Choice and construction of most suitable economical equipments.
4、Coordinating every kind of machine overhauls.
5、Responsible for projection and realization of investment projects.
6、Responsible for state of the art turning the technology.
7、Responsible for machine acceptance and pre-acceptance.
