Requirements:
1. PhD or Master in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with the focus on production and logistics.
2. Practical experience in the implementation of lean production related projects.
3. Strong character and good team-work capability.
4. Fluent English in speaking and writing, German as a plus.
5. Good basic knowleadge about Lean production process.
Job Description:
1. Design of Lean production/Bosch Production System processes in manufacturing regarding improvement of production efficiency.
2. Planning and execution of lean production projects together with other dept..
3. Training of collaborators in lean production principles.
4. Project coordination, supervision and advisor to project teams.
5. Implementation of lean production standards.
6. Lean Management know-how transfer to management and other dept..
