Quality Engineer 质量工程师
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree of mechanics specialty or related;
2. Minimum 3 years mechanical manufacturing experience, CNC machine experienced is preferred;
3. Has basic quality system acknowledgement;
4. Experienced in quality tools application;
5. Can use office applications freely especially Excel;
6. Good in communication skill;
7. Has strong teamwork spirit;
8. Opened minded and has strong will to learn new;
Job Description:
1. Technical Support for Production and Customer;
2. Quality Control on production line;
3. Handle Customer’s complaint of product quality;
4. Complain lead plant for claiming compensation;
5. Incoming and out-going quality control;
6. On-site service for customers;
7. Measuring gauges and devices maintenance;
8. Regularly report to supervisor of quality performance of production;
9. ISIR execution and finish report;
10. CIP & 5s Control and assist to BPS implementation;
11. Assist to supervisor to establish quality system;
12. Compile and update MI/WI for Quality department;
13. Department document maintenance;
