Product Manager产品经理
Requirements:
1. Good product knowledge of electric drives and controls, assembly or linear motion technology.
在电控产品、组装线及输送带或线性传动产品领域具备一定经验
2. Min. 3 year’s professional experience in product marketing and product management, respectively
至少3年相关产品市场和产品管理经验
3. Good skills in oral and written English
出色的中英文口语和书写沟通能力
4. University graduated in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
电气自动化或机械电子专业大学毕业或同等学历
5. Initiative, motivation and team spirit, leadership qualities, assertiveness und self-confident appearance

Job Description:
1. Develop local product strategy: product definition, market positioning and pricing, cooperate with business unit.
开发本地化产品战略：与业务部门协作进行产品定义，市场和价格定位
2. Product planning: define local core product program incl. pricing, take care of statistics, local market launch and phase out, product program controlling.
产品规划：定义本地化优选产品项目，包括价格定位，数据统计，产品在本地市场的导入和退出，产品项目控制等
3. Product sales support: support regional sales and applications regarding all product related questions. Build up local product know how and distribute information. Check sales figures, support logistics, after sales and service business.
产品销售支持：支持区域销售和应用解决所有产品相关的问题。建立本地产品知识并发布信息。跟踪销售数据，支持物流、售后及服务
4. Product administration: operational and strategic product and system support over total product life cycle.

4. Product related market information and marketing: technical counterpart, create market information, training and marketing.
产品相关市场信息和市场推广：技术竞争对手，创建市场信息，培训和市场推广
